HOW IT WORKS

When your track needs a spruce-up or you have convenient down-time, send it in.
We will strip it down, clean, inspect and measure the rails and joints.
If all is in order, we polish the tubes and build it back up on the alignment bench with new fasteners.
If any parts are damaged, we will quote to repair if possible, e.g. helicoiling threads and straightening tubes.
Parts that cannot be repaired we will quote to replace. Good pre-owned parts are sometimes available if you prefer.
If you are happy with the quote we will rebuild on the alignment bench with new fasteners and parts.
All finished track will be straight and true and run well, ready for your next project

Turnaround time and price per length will depend on quantity and condition, so please feel free to get in touch regarding specific requirements to ensure we can have it ready for your shoot.

REPLACEMENT PARTS

If components of your track are damaged beyond repair we may replace the damaged components with new parts, to extend the life of your product and keep it running smooth and true. We will advise you of any parts that we recommend to replace in advance, after our inspection of the dolly track.
